We were off to the Skagit Valley this past weekend for the Tulip Festival. Because of our very cold spring, the tulips opened later this year, but they are not any less spectacular. Please see our pictures below:

The Seattle Art Museum had an exhibition on the Gates of Paradise and the Louvre Roman Art, and we decided to take the family. It was wonderful and here are the pics:
